Contractor shall not collect household hazardous waste, explosives or <br />other material requiring special handling. <br /> <br />Residents arriving with unacceptable material will be directed by <br />staff at the gate to appropriate disposal facilities for <br />these items. <br /> <br />If unacceptable material makes it past screening at the gate, the <br />unacceptable material shall be segregated from other materials, <br />stored and delivered to an appropriate disposal facility by the <br />Contractor. <br /> <br /> <br />3.07 Collection Location <br /> <br />The Clean Up Day will be held at the Dale Street Soccer Fields <br />parking lot 2555 N. Dale Street in Roseville unless the City of <br />Roseville and Contractor mutually agree on a different sight. <br /> <br />Contractor may begin staging collection equipment after 2:00 p.m. <br />Friday afternoon immediately preceding the Clean Up Day. <br />However, the City will not be liable for any damage that may occur <br />to the equipment left overnight at the site. All collection equipment <br />shall be removed by 5:00 p.m. on the Clean Up Day. <br /> <br /> <br />3.08. Cleanup Responsibilities <br /> <br />Contractor shall adequately clean up any materials spilled, leaked or <br />blown during the course of collection and/or hauling operations and <br />return the area to the state that existed prior to set up. <br /> <br /> <br />3.09. Severe Weather <br /> <br /> Collections may be postponed due to severe weather at the sole <br />discretion of the City. shall include, but not be <br />limited to, those cases where the temperature at 6:00 a.m. is 20 <br />degrees F or colder. The Contractor will be responsible for notifying <br />the residents by radio and/or television announcements. The City will <br />be responsible for notifying the residents by municipal cable TV and <br />email notification system. Upon <br />postponement, the City shall select an alternate date for the Clean Up <br />Day. <br /> <br /> <br /> 8 <br /> <br />
