<br />c)The Contractor shall review and return signed copies of the <br />contract within 30 days of receipt of the contract. <br /> <br /> <br />4. ANNUAL REPORTING, PLANNING & PROMOTIONAL <br />ACTIVITIES <br /> <br /> 4.01. Annual Materials Reports <br /> <br /> <br />The Contractor will submit to the City annual reports dealing with <br />. At a minimum, the Contractor <br />shall include in each report the following information: <br /> <br />The total number of vehicles that delivered material. <br /> <br />The total number of items collected under each category of <br />materials that are tracked by item such as appliances. <br /> <br />The total weight of items collected that are tracked by weight <br /> <br />such as MSW. <br /> <br />Reports for the spring Clean Up Day shall be due by June 30. The <br />Contractor shall include in its annual report recommendations for <br />continuous improvement in the Citys Clean Up Day program. <br /> <br />Copies of annual reports generated by the Contractor shall be <br />included in the response to this RFP. <br /> <br /> <br />4.02. Publicity, Promotion, and Education <br /> <br />The Contractor and the shall work together in <br />the preparation and distribution of educational materials to insure <br />accurate information and program directions. The City will pay for <br />and distribute educational materials, not including supplemental <br />material distributed by the Contractor. <br /> <br />The City shall prepare and distribute to residents a list of materials <br />accepted at the Clean Up Day and the price residents shall pay to the <br />Contractor for material disposal. <br /> <br /> 4.03 Annual Planning Meeting <br /> <br />ative shall meet at least <br />annually to review operation of the Clean Up Day. <br /> 11 <br /> <br />
