<br />Page 2 <br />3. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL COLLECTIONS <br /> <br />3.01. Contractor Service Requirements <br />The Contractor agrees to provide comprehensive Clean Up Day services as described in the <br />Proposal. <br />3.02. Collection Vehicle Equipment Requirements <br />All collection vehicles used in performance of the Contract shall be duly licensed and inspected <br />by the State of Minnesota and meet all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, <br />standards, and industry best practices. <br />number or website address. <br />3.03. Personnel Requirements <br />Contractor shall retain sufficient personnel and equipment to fulfill the requirements and <br />specifications of this Agreement including, but not limited to, a portable toilet, collection area <br />signs and directional signs. The Contractor will provide an Event Supervisor to oversee the crews <br />representative. <br />and in customer service and <br />insure that all personnel maintain a positive attitude with the public and in the work place and <br />shall: <br />a) Conduct themselves at all times in a courteous manner and use no abusive or foul <br />language. <br />b) Perform their duties in accordance with all existing laws and ordinances and future <br />amendments thereto of the Federal, State of Minnesota, and local governing boards. <br />c) Be clean and presentable in appearance, as so far as possible. <br />d) Drive in a safe and considerate manner. <br />e) Monitor for any spillage and be responsible for cleaning up any litter or breakage. <br />f) Avoid damage to property. <br />g) Not perform their duties or operate vehicles while consuming alcohol or illegally using <br />controlled substances or while under the influence of alcohol and/or such substances. <br /> <br /> <br />
