<br />Page 3 <br /> <br />3.04.Collection Hours <br /> <br />Contractor shall maintain sufficient equipment and personnel to assure that all collection <br />operations begin no later than 8 a.m. and are completed by 3:00 p.m. on the scheduled <br />collection day. City and Contractor may extend the collection hours by mutual written <br />agreement. <br /> <br />3.05 Materials Accepted <br />Contractor shall arrange to collect and deliver to approved recycling or disposal facilities the <br />following types of materials: <br /> Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) <br /> Child Car Seats <br />Construction and Demolition Debris (C&D) <br /> Concrete <br /> Mattresses <br /> <br /> Box Springs <br /> Appliances (microwaves, washers, water heaters, etc.) <br /> Appliances with Freon (dehumidifiers, refrigerators, etc.) <br /> Stuffed Chairs <br /> Couches <br />Hide-a-beds <br /> Tires (car both on and off the rim) <br /> Scrap Metal <br /> Small Engines (lawn mower, snow blowers, etc.) <br /> Automotive Batteries <br /> Electronics <br /> Carpet <br /> <br />Additional materials may be added by mutual written agreement between the City and the <br />Contractor. Examples may include tractor tires and railroad ties. Additional materials should be <br /> <br />identified on the completed Attachment A. <br />3.06 Unacceptable Materials <br />Contractor shall not collect household hazardous waste, explosives or other material requiring <br />special handling. <br />appropriate disposal facilities for these items. <br />If unacceptable material makes it past screening at the gate, the unacceptable material shall be <br />segregated from other materials, stored and delivered to an appropriate disposal facility by the <br />Contractor. <br />3.07 Collection Location <br />The Clean Up Day will be held at the Dale Street Soccer Fields parking lot 2555 N. Dale Street in <br />Roseville unless the City of Roseville and Contractor mutually agree on a different sight. <br /> <br />
