<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of December, 2002, at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Council Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REAFFIRMATION OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />FOR PROPERTY AT 244 MINNESOTA AVENUE (PF 3445). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Glen Jerry has requested reaffirmation of a Minor Subdivision of land approved <br />in 1980 for property located at 244 Minnesota A venue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1104.04E of the Roseville Subdivision outlines the procedures for a <br />minor subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is legally described as: <br /> <br />NEEDS PROPER LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the reaffirmation request will create two parcels that were previously approved <br />by the Roseville City Council (1980); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the previous request was never recorded after the approval; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that minor subdivision to create two <br />residential parcels at 244 Minnesota Avenue: <br /> <br />a. Detailed grading plans with building slab or first floor elevation and drainage <br />direction must be submitted to the City Engineer for review and approval prior to <br />building permit issuance. <br /> <br />b. The City policy is to accept parkland or cash in lieu of land dedication for the <br />creation of new lots. In this case, no dedication was required in 1980. <br /> <br />c. The City policy is to accept a Sewer Availability Charge (SAC) upon the issuance <br />on building permits for all newly created lots. In this case, new sewer and water <br />service is required for the lot which location shall be approved by the City <br />Engineer. The SAC fee is required and collected at the time the building permit is <br />issued. <br /> <br />1 <br />
