<br />d. The City Engineer must review and approve the driveway curb cuts along County <br />Road "B" prior to the issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />e. No additional street right-of-way is required in this area. <br /> <br />f. The applicant must record the two (2) lot minor subdivision within 60 days after <br />the approval of the City Council. <br /> <br />g.
