Application submitted & determined complete on November 5, 2002. <br />. 60-day review deadline on January 4, 2002. <br />. Staff Review & Recommendation: Approval w/conditions- December 4, 2002. <br />. Planning Commission: Hearing & Approval Recommendation (6-0) w/Conditions, <br />December 4, 2002. <br />. City Council Action: Approval w/Conditions, December 16,2002. <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of a 52 square foot (<1 %) <br />variance to Section 1004.01A6, a 26 foot variance to Section 1004.02D5 (front yard <br />setback) and a 26 foot variance to Section 1004.02D5 (rear yard setback) of the Roseville <br />City Code for Harold and Anna Van Sickle to allow construction of a principal structure <br />and attached garage on the vacant lot lying at the intersection (southeast) of Woodruff <br />Avenue and South McCarrons Boulevard, subject to conditions. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 Grant two resolutions of approval w/conditions (see Section 8 for more detail). <br /> <br />Project information and detailed recommendation on following pages. <br /> <br />PF3447 - ReA 121602 - Page 1 of6 <br />
