(Yes, staff does this). <br /> <br />There being no further comments, Chair Duncan closed the hearing. <br /> <br />Motion: Member Bakeman moved, seconded by Member Stone, to recommend <br />approval ofa 52 square foot (<1%) variance to Section 1004.0lA6 and two 26 <br />foot variances to Section 1004.02D5 of the Roseville City Code, for Harold & <br />Anna Van Sickle, to allow construction of a home on property currently <br />addressed as 458 South McCarrons Boulevard and to be re-addressed on <br />Woodruff, based on the findings in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the <br />project report dated December 4, 2002. Staff will work with the property owner <br />regarding the retaining wall. <br /> <br />Ayes: 6 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />
