The <br />community's share of taxes generated from this project will be available to the City of <br />Roseville to support a variety of community improvements. <br /> <br />The cOlmnunity utility, transportation, police and fire protection, parks and administrative <br />services are adequate at currently available levels to support this use. Traffic levels <br />generated by an auto body repair facility are very low, especially as compared to other <br />commercial uses that could choose to locate on this site. ABRA has recently completed a <br />traffic analysis which establishes a peak hour rate of 26 trips and 224 daily trips. The <br />office warehouse planned for the site will also be a low traffic generation rate. <br /> <br />All services and work for ABRA is conducted within the building. As a result, this <br />project will not cause air, noise or water pollution. ABRA prides itself on its record in <br />proper, environmentally safe disposal of waste materials and the high quality of <br />maintenance it assures at its facilities. <br /> <br />This project will not be injurious or detrimental to the health, safety or welfare of the <br />present and future inhabitants of Roseville. In fact, through excellent employment <br />opportunities, responsible facility management, new attractive buildings, sensitivity to <br />environmental concerns and extensive landscaping, this project promises to create a <br />wonderful addition to the community. <br />
