State exactly what is intended to be done or with the property that <br />requires the conditional use permit: <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />We have been a Roseville family business for over 30 years, located <br /> <br />at County Road B and Dale Street. We have consistently contributed to <br /> <br />community events, donating food and beverages often to local churches, <br /> <br />schools and school events, block parties, and to senior citizens' <br /> <br />community residences. We intend to continue our long history of <br /> <br />community participation and involvement, sharing in and contributing to <br /> <br />the prosperity of our community. <br /> <br />As of the end of January, 2003, our lease at our current location is <br /> <br />expiring. Our landlord has notified us that it does not desire to renew <br /> <br />our lease as the property is changing ownership and restructuring its <br /> <br />tenant base with a different focus. Therefore, we have researched and <br /> <br />located a site for relocation. This site requires a conditional use permit <br /> <br />which we are applying for with this application. <br /> <br />INTENDED USE OF PROPERTY <br />REQUIRING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> <br />NATURE OF OUR BUSINESS. Carbone's Pizza intends to continue <br /> <br />to operate a take-out pizza business. At our current location, we do not <br /> <br />do delivery, but our Roseville customers have increasingly asked for it <br /> <br />1 <br />
