It is our the <br />current facility of Watkins Motor Lines, 2560 Long Lake Rd., Roseville, <br />MN. We are not asking for the property to be used in any different <br />manner than it has always been since 1972. After discussions with <br />our landlord, the property outside the fence has been used for parking <br />empty equipment off and on for years. All we are looking for is to <br />move the fence line and keep all equipment in a secured area.
