The review and approval of a building permit consistent with the approved plans <br />and variance. <br /> <br />7.0 SUGGESTED PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: <br /> <br />7.1 On June 4,2003 the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding <br />the Meyer variance request. At the hearing no citizens addressed the Commission and <br />the Commissioners had no questions of the applicant or staff. <br /> <br />7.2 The Planning Commission voted (6-0) to recommend approval of the request for a 887 <br />square foot VARIANCE to Section 1004.01A6 of the Roseville City Code by John <br />Meyer, 2735 Fernwood Street, to allow the replacement and expansion of a driveway on <br />the premises, based on the findings in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project <br />report dated 6/4/03. <br /> <br />8.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> <br />8.1 Adopt a resolution approving an 887 square foot (7%) VARIANCE to Section <br />1004.01A6 (Maximum Total Surface Area) of the Roseville City Code to allow the <br />replacement and expansion of the driveway for John Meyer at 2735 Fernwood <br />Street, based on the findings of Section 5 and the conditions of Section 6 of the <br />project report dated June 16,2003. <br /> <br />Prepared by: Thomas Paschke (651-490-2236) <br /> <br />Attachments: Location map, narrative, site plan, aerial photo. <br /> <br />PF3486 - ReA 061603 - Page 5 of 5 <br />
