<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of June, 2003, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Schroeder, Kysylyczyn, Maschka, and Klausing <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10110 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 522 SQ. FT. VARIANCE TO SECTION 1004.01A6 OF <br />THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />992 SHRYER AVENUE (PF3487). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, DandSutliffhas requested a variance to Section 1004.0lA6 (Maximum <br />Total Surface Area) of the Roseville City Code to allow the construction a 480 square foot <br />addition on to his home; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Sutliff parcel is located at 992 Shryer Avenue and legally described as: <br /> <br />Lot 6, Block 1, Ed Bossard's Rose Acres <br /> <br />PID: 14-29-23-30-0025 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.01A6 of the Roseville City Code limits a single family <br />residential parcel to maximum total surface area coverage (lot coverage) of 30% or in the case of <br />the Sutliff parcel 3,065 square feet; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Daniel Sutliff seeks approval to allow an additional 522 square feet of <br />impervious coverage (pre-existing and proposed) creating a parcel total of 3,587 square feet or <br />35.1%; and <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br />
