<br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />Sutliff variance request (Section 1004.01A6) on June 4,2003, and recommended (6-0) approval <br />of the request based on findings outlined in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the proj ect <br />report dated June 4,2003. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Daniel <br />Sutliff a 522 square foot VARIANCE to Section 1004.0 1A6 (Maximum Total Surface Area) of <br />the Roseville City Code allowing the construction a 480 square foot home addition 992 Shryer <br />Avenue, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The 374 sq. ft. accessory building being replaced with a 80 square foot garden <br />shed (maximum size) prior to the issuance of the home addition building permit. <br /> <br />2. The parcel being limited to a maximum impervious coverage of3,587 square feet <br />or a parcel coverage of 35%. <br /> <br />3. The property owner must locate the lot's property pins (or provide a survey) and <br />based on that, developing a scaled site plan with dimensions for structures and <br />driveway, thus allowing the Community Development Department to verify <br />proper placement of the accessory building and lot coverage. <br /> <br />4. No additional accessory buildings or structure additions being allowed without an <br />approved variance. <br /> <br />5. The review and approval of a building permit consistent with the approved plans <br />and variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Schroeder and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kough, <br />Schroeder, Kysylyczyn, Maschka, and Klausing. <br />and the following voted against: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
