Sunday through Thursday and 6:00 <br />a.ill. to 1 :00 a.ill. Friday and Saturday (same a Hamline Avenue SA). <br /> <br />7.8 Confirmation prior to occupancy that the site meets MPCA, MN Health Department, and <br />Roseville Fire Marshall requirements necessary for fuel sales with underground tanks. <br /> <br />7.9 If prepared food is being sold, Ramsey County Health must review and issue the <br />necessary/appropriate permit. <br /> <br />7,10 Property owner submitting a letter of support for the CUP and Variance. <br /> <br />7. 11 This conditional use pennit shall expire 6 months after approval if a building pennit has not been <br />issued.
