Anticipated Council Action: July 21, 2003 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of a 9 foot rear yard VARIANCE to <br />Section 1004.02D5 ofthe Roseville City Code for Karen Casper to allow construction of two <br />level addition comprised of a screened porch and four-season porch on to the rear ofthe <br />principal structure at 2508 Marion Street, subject to conditions. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 By motion recommend approval of the request w/conditions (see Section 7 for detailed <br />action). <br /> <br />PF3492 - RPCA 070903 - Page 1 of 4 <br />
