C. <br /> <br />Department Approval: <br />TP /DPW <br /> <br />Item Description: <br /> <br />Agenda Section: <br />LAND USE <br /> <br />Request by Mary Brown for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />allowing the construction of a 949 square foot detached accessory <br />building in the rear yard at 2185 St Croix Street (PF3493). <br /> <br />NOTE: <br /> <br />This request has been placed on the Land Use section of the City Council <br />Agenda due to an incorrect public hearing notice specifically pertaining to the <br />location of the Planning Commission meeting held on July 9, 2003. <br /> <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />1.1 Mary Brown, 2185 St. Croix Street, seeks approval ofa CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />from Section 1004.0lA4 (Requirements for Increased Size) of the Roseville City Code to <br />allow the replacement of an existing 24 foot by 24 foot (576 sq. ft.) detached accessory <br />building (garage) with a 26 foot by 36 foot, 6 inch (949 sq. ft.) detached accessory <br />building (garage). <br /> <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br /> <br />· Application submitted on June 4,2003. <br />· Determined complete on June 6, 2003. <br />. 60-day review deadline on August 5,2003. <br />. Staff Review & Recommendation: Approval w/conditions - July 9, 2003. <br />. Planning Commission: Approval (5-0) recommendation w/conditions - July 9, 2003 <br />.
