<br />7.3 The City Planner apologized for possible errors in his square footage and percentage <br />calculations, indicating that the bottom line being advocated by staff is to reduce the <br />proposed impervious coverage. He added that paved strips would allow parking of most <br />items, which is a reasonable request. <br /> <br />7.4 The Commission voted (5-0) to recommend approval of a VARIANCE to Section <br />1004.0lA6, 1004.02D2, and 703.04B9 of the Roseville City Code, based on the findings <br />of Section 5 and the conditions of Section 6, with the following amendments: The <br />parking slab for the new garage being limited to 96 square feet and the overall impervious <br />coverage being limited the existing conditions and the proposed garage, driveway and <br />revised parking slab. <br /> <br />8.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> <br />8.1 Adopt a resolution approving a 783 SQuare foot (11.2 % ) VARIANCE to Section <br />1004.01A6 (Maximum Total Surface Area) of the Roseville City Code, based on the <br />findings of Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated August <br />18, 2003. <br /> <br />8.2 Adopt a resolution approving a 3 foot VARIANCE to Section 1004.02D5 (Dwelling <br />Dimensions - Side Yard Setback) of the Roseville City Code, based on the findings <br />of Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated August 18, 2003 <br /> <br />8.3 Adopt a resolution a 3 foot side yard VARIANCE to Section 703.04B9 (Driveways <br />on Private Property) of the Roseville City Code, based on the findings of Section 5 <br />and conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated August 18, 2003. <br /> <br />Prepared by: Thomas Paschke (651-490-2236) <br />Attachments: Location map, narrative, site plan, aerial photo, draft minutes. <br />\\Victoria\CommDev\Planning Files\3500-3549\350LKoenig, Mark\PF350l RCA 081803.doc <br /> <br />PF350 I - RCA 081803 - Page 6 of 6 <br />
