<br /> <br />Community Development Department <br />651-490-2279 .. fax: 651-490-2931 <br /> <br />August 19, 2003 <br /> <br />Mark Koenig <br />466 Hilltop A venue <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: City Council action on Variance request; 466 Hilltop Avenue, Roseville (PF#3501) <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Koenig: <br /> <br />This letter is to confirm that on August 18,2003, the Roseville City Council approved your <br />request for the 758 square foot (11 %) Variance to Section 1004.01A6, a 3 foot side yard <br />Variance to Section 1004.01A6, and a 3 foot side yard Variance to Section 703.04B9 to allow for <br />the construction of a new detached accessory building and increased impervious coverage. <br /> <br />The Roseville City Council adopted a Resolution (a draft copy of which is attached) approving <br />your request, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />A. The parcel being limited to an impervious coverage maximum of 2,783 square <br />feet or 41.2%. <br />B. The detached garage being limited to a size not to exceed 22 feet by 24 feet or <br />524 square feet. <br />C. The replaced and expanded driveway not exceeding (including existing driveway) <br />a total size of 1,188 square feet. <br />D. The storage slab behind the new garage not exceeding 96 square feet. <br />E. The driveway, detached garage, and parking slab being setback a minimum of2 <br />feet from the side yard ( east) property line. <br />F. Gutters and downspouts must be installed along the eves of the detached <br />accessory building to direct runoff into the west and south portions of the yard. <br />G. The review and approval of a building permit must be consistent with the <br />approved plans and variances. <br /> <br />You will receive a final copy of the resolution upon its execution by the appropriate City <br />officers. Please review the conditions listed within the draft resolution. The City will record a <br />similar copy of this resolution with Ramsey County.
