The Community Development <br />Department has detem1ined that a Variance to Section 1004.01A6 (Maximum Total Surface <br />Area), Section 1004.01A8 (Minimum Setback), and Section 703.04B2 (Minimum Distance) are <br />necessary in order to allow your improvements and subsequent building permit. <br /> <br />I have reviewed your application, submitted information, and the City Code, determining that the <br />application is complete and will be forwarded to the Roseville Planning Commission for <br />consideration at a public hearing on August 6, 2003. <br /> <br />Future notice of the hearing will be forthcoming, as will a copy of the project report (created by <br />City Staff) upon its completion the week of July 28, 2003. Your attendance (or a representative) <br />at the Planning Commission is necessary.
