All variances, according to City Code, must be filed with Ramsey County to <br />become effective. However, in order to file with the County the City (Thomas Paschke, <br />City Planner) must receive the correct legal description on your property - as indicated in <br />our conversation earlier this week. <br /> <br />Therefore, we will hold the original for filing until such time that we receive this <br />document. <br /> <br />Thank you, <br />P.
