<br /> <br /> <br />Dj\ TE: <br />ITEM NO: 7b <br /> <br /> <br />Department <br />TP jDPW <br /> <br />Item Description: <br /> <br />l\genda Section: <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Request by Hood Packaging for a 15 foot VARIANCE to Section <br />1007.01E of the Roseville Code for property at 3075 Lake Road <br />(PF3547). <br /> <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />1.1 Hood Packaging, in cooperation with the property owner Investors Real Estate Trust, seeks <br />approval of a 15 foot VARIANCE to Section 1007.0lE (Building Height) ofthe Roseville City <br />Code to allow the height of the northern portion of the structure at 3075 Long Lake Road to be <br />increased from 40 feet to 60 feet. <br /> <br />1.2 Hood Packaging is planning to install a state-of-the-art blown film line or plastic extruder. The <br />fully assembled machine stands approximately 58 feet in height and is capable of extruding large <br />width plastic film used for packaging in the food industry (Pilgrims Pride and Harvest States). <br /> <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br /> <br />.
