McCarrons Blvd. <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: City Council Action re: Your request for a Variance, 388 So. il1cCarrons Blvd. <br /> <br />Dear Mack: <br /> <br />This letter is to confirm the Roseville City Council's action, at the October 21,2002 meeting, <br />relating to your request for a Variance to allow construction of home improvements and an <br />attached garage to the principal structure. <br /> <br />The Council, by a 5-0 vote, approved your request for a Variance, with conditions, as follows: <br /> <br />To approve a resolution granting a 1.5 foot variance (to Section 1004.01All) for the <br />garage, and a 13.5 foot variance (to Section 1004.02D4) for the living area above the <br />garage to allow garage and living expansion and site improvements at 3 South <br />McCarrons Blvd. W., subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />A The applicant locating the parcel's property pins and verifying the location of the <br />existing principal structure, thus allowing the Community Development <br />Department to verify the distance required for the setback variance. <br /> <br />B The principal structure being limited to an addition of no more than nine feet, as <br />indicated on the submitted site plan. <br /> <br />C The installation of roof gutters to properly direct roof drainage away from the <br />adjacent properties. <br /> <br />D The review and approval of a building permit consistent with the approved plans <br />and variance. <br /> <br />The City will file the Resolution, after appropriate signatures have been obtained, with Ramsey <br />County and will also forward a copy to you. <br /> <br />Should you have any questions relative to the Council's action, please call me at 651-490-2236. <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />~:r::LE <br /> <br />Tho~l1as Paschke - -_.~ <br />City Planner <br /> <br />2660 Civic Center Drive +:+ Roseville .:.
