Application submitted on September 9,2002. <br />. Determined complete on September 9,2002. <br />. 60-day review deadline on November 8, 2002. <br />. Staff Review/Recommendation: Approval October 2, 2002. <br />. Planning Commission: Hearing & Approval Recommendation (5-0) October 2,2002. <br />.
