<br />Development Moratorium. a <br />development moratorium pursuant to M.S. 462.355, Sub. 4, on the subdivision ofland within <br />Policy Development Area #11, the Hodgson Road Residential Area as identified in the 2000 <br />Comprehensive Guide Plan. <br /> <br />3.0 Duration of Moratorium. The development moratorium will commence on the <br />effective date of this ordinance and will continue for one year from the date of adoption unless <br />otherwise terminated or extended by action of the City Council. <br /> <br />4.0 Enforcement. The City of Shoreview may enforce any provision of this <br />ordinance by mandamus, injunction, or any other appropriate civil remedy in any court of <br />competent jurisdiction. <br /> <br />5.0 Separability. Every section, provision, or part of this ordinance is declared <br />separable from every other section, provision, or part of this ordinance. If any section, provision, <br />or part of this ordinance is adjudged to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such <br />judgement shall not invalidate any other section, provision, or part of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective the day following its publication r on <br />the day following the publication of an Ordinance Summary approved by the Shoreview City <br />Council. <br /> <br />Adoption Date.
