The first option is to request the information from Ramsey <br />County Property Records; the second option is to request the information from a Title <br />Company; or the third option is to request the information from the City. Each option has a <br />specific charge for the list and labels. If selecting the City, the applicant must mark the front <br />of this application and pay the appropriate fee at the time of application submittal. <br /> <br />9. Except as noted, the foUowint! information must be submitted with this applications: <br /> <br />A. Narrative: A written narrative must be provided in support of an application for a <br />interim use permit. The narrative must fuUy describe the proposed development, <br />with particular attention to any modifications and limitations of the use that have <br />been made to insure its compatibility with surrounding uses, the purpose and intent <br />of the zoning ordinance, and the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />B. Proposed plans (10 copies) including site plan, landscape plan, grading and drainage <br />plan, and exterior building elevation drawings showing building materials is <br />required. Such drawings shaU be 8-1I2"xll" or 11 "x17"or PDF digital format. <br /> <br />10. Application Process: A completed application, applicable fee(s), and all accompanying <br />documents are to be submitted for review by the Development Review Committee (DRC). <br /> <br />11. Tentative Action Process: All applications are reviewed by the DRC for completeness and an <br />applicant is notified in writing by mail, e-mail, or fax within 10 calendar days after an application <br />is submitted. All accepted applications will be forwarded to the Roseville Planning Commission <br />for consideration. <br /> <br />Attached is the tentative schedule for Planning Commission consideration and City Council <br />Action, as weU as other deadlines. <br /> <br />12.
