The ~easurement of frontage is narrow and a 16' variance will not De hel~- ful at all for a home that will De 'squeezed' oetween 31U3 and 3093 ASDury-- lt is un~elieva~le this has come to this at my years in the same house since Febr 1952. The removal of many oak trees in the pro~ert.y Gnat was Nazaret.h Hall and now Nort.hwestern Colle~e has opened up maKin~ tne hi~hway/car/truck din float.ing over especially earlf morning commute ciine and evening, too. ctostly residents living in single-familf homes--older along with many ages 45 to 50 category, educated/~rofessional men and women. The large lots provide peace and solace from our busy sometimes noisy days; to have a refuge so to s~eak right out. ones back door to their backyards for the homes on Asbury Street from 3069 to 3117 and beyond in this Arden Hills No.3 community.
