<br />Dear Data Practices Compliance Official:

<br />This letter is a request for data pursuant to the referenced state statute. I request that the City of
<br />Roseville (the "City") allow me, or my designee, to inspect all data. collected, created, received,
<br />maintained, produced Qr dis~eminated by the City or its staff relating to:
<br />
<br />(1) Any plans, proposals, studies, repolt~, correspondence, memoranda, records or notes of
<br />discussions or telephone cOllversations, or any other documents conceming proposed expansion
<br />of the Roseville Library, from November 14,2001 to the present.
<br />
<br />(2) Any budgets, cost projections or cost analysis conceming the proposed expansion of the
<br />Roseville Library, from November 14,2001 to the present, including but not limited to budgets,
<br />cost projections or cost analysis related to the acquisition ofland north of the existing Roseville
<br />Library.
<br />
<br />(3) Any appraisals prepared concerning the acquisition ofland north ofthe existing Roseville
<br />Library, from November 14,2001 to the present.
<br />
<br />(4) Any correspondence, memoranda, reports, records or notes of discussions or telephone
<br />conversations, or any other communications to or from real estate brokers, consultants,
<br />representatives of the press, or any other third parties regarding the proposed acquisition of land
<br />all l-bmline Avenue north of the RosevHle Library, for library expansion, from November 14,
<br />2001 to the pl'csent.
<br />
<br />(5) Any correspondence, memoranda, reports, records or notes of discussions or telephone
<br />conversations, or any other communications to or from the Ramsey County Library Board, its
<br />members, staff, consultants, orrepresentatives, conceming the proposed acquisition oflund on
<br />Harnline Avenue north afthe Roseville Library, or the proposed expansion of said library, from
<br />November 14, 2001 to the present.
<br />
<br />(6) Any correspondence, memoranda, reports, records or notes of discl,lSsions or te1ephone
<br />conversations, or any other communications to or from the Ramsey County Board of
<br />Commissioners, its members, staff, consultants, or representatives, concerning the proposed
