<br />(7) Any correspondence, memoranda, reports, records or notes of discussions or telephone
<br />conversations, or any other communications to or from the Minnesota Land Trust or any of its
<br />representatives, concerning the proposed expansion of the Roseville library, 01' the laud on
<br />Hamline Avenue north of said library, from November 14, 2001 to the present.

<br />For the purposes of this dat1. request, the term "data" shall include, but not be limited to, any
<br />correspondence, notes, records, reports, drafts, memoranda, notices, proposals, plans, telephone
<br />logs or records, communications or other documents, ulldall computer, or other electronic data
<br />such as electronic mail, calendars, project management files, word processing and database
<br />management files pertaining to the subject matter of the request.

<br />If the Chy contends that any of the requested data recited in tllls letter is classified so as to deny
<br />me access, the City shall inform me of the determination either orally at the time of the request or
<br />in writing as soon after that time as possible, and shall cite the specific statutory section,
<br />temporary classification, or specific provision. of Federal law on which the determination is
<br />based. Pursuant to Minn. Stat. Section 13.03 subd. 3, I request that the City certify in 'writing if
<br />any request for information has been denied and cite the specific statutory authority, temporary
<br />classification, or specific provision of Federal law upon which the denial was based.

<br />I request that the data responsive to this request be produced in the maJlner in which it is
<br />maintained by the Clty and that the City not withhold or destroy responsive data. Upon
<br />inspection of the data, I or my designee will determine which, if any, oftlle data to have
<br />photocopied and will pay reasonable COpyillg charges assessed by the City. If any of the above
<br />information has been destroyed at any time, I wO\lld like a written explanation as to what files,
<br />documents, or materials have been destroyed and what individual or individuals ordered tbe
<br />destruction.

<br />I request that the data responsive to the foregoing request be produced for inspection on or before
<br />Tuesday, June 7, 2004, at 11 :00 A.M. Please call the undersigned at 303/439-8300 to confirm
<br />the availability of the requested data for inspection.
