(3%) VARIANCE to Section <br />1004.01A6 (Maximum Total Impervious Coverage) aud a 2 foot VARIANCE to <br />Section 1004.01E (Exception) of the Roseville City Code for Steve Hanon to allow an <br />addition to the existing attached garage and driveway at 2458 Sheldon Street, based on <br />the findings in Section 5 the conditions of Section 6 ofthe project report dated April 7, <br />2004. <br /> <br />8.0 NEXT STEPS: <br /> <br />8.1 The decision by the Variance Board will be sent to those property owners located within <br />the 350 foot notification area. <br /> <br />8.2 The decision by the Variance Board is final unless an appeal is filed.
