<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />a <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />7.0 SUGGESTED PLANNING COMMSSION ACTION: <br /> <br />7.1 ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING a 304 sq. ft. (3%) VARIANCE to Section <br />1004.01A6 (Maximum Total Impervious Coverage) aud a 2 foot VARIANCE to <br />Section 1004.01E (Exception) of the Roseville City Code for Steve Hanon to allow an <br />addition to the existing attached garage and driveway at 2458 Sheldon Street, based on <br />the findings in Section 5 the conditions of Section 6 ofthe project report dated April 7, <br />2004. <br /> <br />8.0 NEXT STEPS: <br /> <br />8.1 The decision by the Variance Board will be sent to those property owners located within <br />the 350 foot notification area. <br /> <br />8.2 The decision by the Variance Board is final unless an appeal is filed. The appeal period <br />runs for 10 day from the date of the decision and an appeal can either be made by the <br />applicant of a property owner within the 350 foot notification area. <br /> <br />8.3 An appeal must be submitted in writing to the City Manager by NOON April 19, 2004 <br />for a hearing before the City Council on Monday, April 26, 2004. <br /> <br />8.4 Should there be no appeal filed the resolution approving the variance will be mailed to <br />Ramsey County for recording against the subject property and a building permit may be <br />issued. <br /> <br />Prepared by: Thomas Paschke (651-490-2236) and Dennis Welsch (651-490-2232) <br />Attachments: Location map, aerial photos, site plan & narrative" <br /> <br />PF3554 RVBA 040704 - Page 6 of6 <br />
