<br />1/04 <br /> <br />Roseville <br />Community Development Dept <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville MN 55113 <br /> <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br /> <br />As required, we are submitting ~our variance application along with the following <br />narrative: <br /> <br />Since moving to Roseville in 1995, our need for additional garage space has <br />increased. Our beautiful 1955 Rambler has a rather small 18' x 20' attached <br />garage. We have limited side yard access to the back yard and also, our back yard <br />is too small to add an additional garage. <br /> <br />The city ordinance prevents us from storing vehicles, trailers, and boats to the <br />front of our house. By increasing our attached garage to 22' x 26', this will <br />accomplish our need for storage space and also continue to keep our beautiful <br />home and neighborhood uncluttered. Accordingly, the addition to the garage falls <br />completely within the side and front lot line requirements.
