<br /> <br />Comnlunity Developtnent Departnlent <br />651-490-2279 . fax: 651-490-2931 <br /> <br />VARIANCE BOARD ACTION NOTICE <br /> <br />April 9, 2004 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />On Wednesday, April 7, 2004, the Roseville Variance Board unanimously approved the request by Steve <br />Hanon, 2458 Sheldon Street. Specifically, the approval granted Mr. Hanon a 304 sq. ft. VARIANCE to <br />Section 1004.016 (Residential Dwelling Dimensions) and a 2 foot VARIANCE to Section 1004.0lE <br />(Exception) of the Roseville City Code, to allow the expansion of an existing attached garage, subject to 7 <br />conditions. Attaehed, please find a copy of the Resolution approving the Hanon request. <br /> <br />Should you desire to appeal the Variance Board's decision, an appeal must be filed as follows: An appeal <br />to the City Council, acting as the Board of Adjustment and Appeals,fj'om the Variance Board or an <br />administrative ruling of the Community Development Director or his/her designee regarding any <br />interpretation of the intent of this Title or Title 11 of this code, or any action approving or denying an <br />application related to any lnatter addressed in this Title or Title 11 of this code may befiled in 'A/riting by <br />any property ovvner or their agent with the city manager within ten (10) calendar days after the making of <br />the order or decision being appealed. <br /> <br />1. An appeal stays all proceedings and thefiirtherance of the action being appealed unless it is <br />cert[fied to the Board of Adjustment and Appeals, after the notice of appeal is filed, that by <br />reason oflacts stated in the cert[ficate a stay would cause imminent peril to l[fe and property. <br />In such case, the proceedings shall not be stayed other than by a restraining order that may <br />be granted by a court of record on application, and upon subsequent notice to the city. <br /> <br />2. The written appeal shall state the specific grounds upon which the appeal is made, and shall <br />be accol1zpanied by afee (same as residential variance requestfee) established by resolution <br />of the ci(y council.
