Our house is 2466 North Sheldon St. which is next to the above <br />address on the north side where the addition would be built. <br /> <br />Weare absolutely opposed to the variance request for the following reasons: <br /> <br />1. Our concern that the addition will have a negative effect on our <br />property value. <br />2. The distance from the addition to our house. <br />3. The larger garage will be out of character with the houses on the street <br />since the lots were not plotted for a garage this large. <br />4. An increase in noise level since their cars and trucks will be <br />closer to our house. <br /> <br />We hope that you will take into consideration our concerns and deny the <br />variance request.
