<br /> <br />edge. <br /> <br />7.0 SUGGESTED VARIANCE BOARD ACTION: <br /> <br />7.1 ADOPT a RESOLUTION APPROVING a 1-112 foot VARIANCE to Section <br />1012.02B3 of the Roseville City Code for Frank Konstantinides, 1911 Dellwood <br />Avenue, based on the findings in Section 5 and the conditions of Section 6 of the project <br />report dated September 1,2004. <br /> <br />8.0 NEXT STEPS: <br /> <br />8.1 The decision by the Variance Board will be sent to those property owners located within <br />the 350 foot notification area. <br /> <br />8.2 The decision by the Variance Board is final unless an appeal is filed.
