ATIACHMENT: NARRATIVE IN SUPPORT

SUBDIVISION

Lots in close proximity to the proposed lots vary greatly in width, depth and
size. Existing lots range in size from 75 feet wide to 195 wide. The
proposed lots will not. in any way change the characteristic of the
neighborhood, since each home has a unique lot size; none are exactly the
same. Lot sizes vary from 11,250 sq.ft to 25,250 sq.ft. If a home is built on
the new lot, it will surely be in the same or higher price range than existing
homes, which would only increase surrounding home values.

Dividing the proposed lots would not set a precedent in the neighborhood, as
there are few, if any, remaining lots that can be divided in this manner.
