Now (2004) it is 30% groundwater and is much more a "surface water <br />II drainage lake". Can the City incrementally change impervious (surface waste water) to <br />12 pervious water? By raising temperature of the top three to four feet of McCarron's water <br />13 depth by ten degrees, the quality of water and environment change dramatically. <br />14 <br />15 Chair Mulder closed the public hearing. <br />16 <br />17 Commission members expressed enthusiasm for this plan and planning process.
