The <br />Community Development Department supports this recommendation. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 HOLD FIRST & SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE REZONING changing <br />the designation on the zoning map for the parcel ofland at 2597 Cleveland Avenue (see <br />Section 8 for detailed action). <br /> <br />3.2 ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT for Rod <br />Ellison, on property located at 2597 Cleveland A venue, w/conditions (see Section 8 for <br />detailed action). <br /> <br />PF3582 ReA - 072604 Page 1 of 8 <br />
