The sign must be located a minimum of 5 feet from the property linc adjacent to <br />Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />b. The sign must meet all applicable requirements of Section 1009.04 and 1009.08 of <br />the Roseville City Code. <br /> <br />c. The flag pole shall have a maximum height of20 feet from grate to top of pole. <br /> <br />d.
