<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THEICITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />~. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 2ih day of September 2004 at 6:30 <br />p.m, <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Ihlan, Kough, Schroeder and Klausing <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Council Member Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10247 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ENTERPRISE <br />LEASING COMPANY OF MINNESOTA TO ALLOW THE RENTAL & LEASING OF <br />SMALL VEHICLES AT 3114 OLD HIGHWAY 8 (PF3598). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Enterprise Leasing Company of Milmesota (tenant) in cooperation with the <br />Thome Group (owner), seeks approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow reusing the property <br />at 3114 Old Highway 8 for a small vehicle rental and leasing business; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1005,015 requires auto rental and leasing business to receive a <br />CO~..JDITIOl'.JAL USE PEP~1IT COl1sistel1t 'vvith Chapter 1013 oft11e Roseville Cit~l Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property located at 3114 Old Highway 8 is legally described as: <br /> <br />The north 210.76 feet of that part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 5, <br />Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota lying easterly of Old <br />Highway No.8, except the east 206.68 feet thereof, subj to Old Highway No.8, <br />New Highway 8/63 and county Road D. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Enterprise Rent-a-Car operation would occupy the premises for renting <br />and leasing small vehicles; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the use of the property has been detemlined to meet the criteria set forth <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />J- <br /> <br />
