<br /> <br />regarding <br />to 10 conditions; <br /> <br /> <br />on <br />unanimously <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to approve the <br />request by Enterprise Leasing Company of Minnesota and the Thome Group for a <br />COl\TDITIONAL USE PERMT to allow a small vehicle rental & leasing business at 3114 Old <br />Highway 8 subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. For the purpose of this Conditional Use Permit "small vehicle" shall mean a passenger <br />car, sport utility vehicle and/or a 12 ton pick-up truck. A trailer or boat shall not be <br />considered a small vehicle. <br />2. The northern most vehicle access on Old County Road 8 must be removed, for which a <br />pennit to work within the County right-of-way is required and for which said <br />improvements must meet City curb and gutter design standards. <br /> <br />3. A scaled drawing of the site plan must be submitted that includes parking lot and drive <br />lane striping, trash enclosure, security fencing, trailer/dolly and vehicle storage for review <br />and approval by the Development Review Committee, <br /> <br />4. The installation of boulevard trees (consistent with City policy) must be installed either <br />within the boulevard adjacent to County Road D or in the front yard if the boulevard <br />width is inadequate. <br /> <br />5. A sign plan consistent with Section 1009 of the RoseviHe City Code, must be submitted <br />and be reviewed and approved by the Development Review Committee. <br /> <br />6. A site lighting plan consistent with Section 1011 of the Rosevjlle City Code must be <br />submitted and be reviewed and approved by the Development Review Committee. <br /> <br />7. The llse of the buildil1g and site shall be limited to a s111all vehicle re11tal al1dleasing <br /> <br />business, <br /> <br />8. The premises must be inspected by the Fire Marshal and Building Official for Ijfe, safety, <br />and code compliance and submittal and issuance of a building permit (or other permit) for <br />all necessary and required improvements. <br /> <br />9. The property owner must submit documentation that petroleum tanks have been removed <br />as per Minnesota Pollution Control Agency regulations. <br /> <br />10. The applicant shall patch, repair, seal coat consistent with City Code requirements and <br />permits for parking lot and building repair. <br /> <br />2 <br />
