<br /> <br /> <br />Description: <br /> <br />Agenda Section: <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Request by Enterprise Leasing Company of Minnesota in cooperation with <br />The Group, for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to allow small <br />vehicle rental and leasing at 3114 Old Highway 8 (PF3598) , <br /> <br />Department <br />TP <br /> <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />1.1 Enterprise Leasing Company of Minnesota seeks approval of a conditional use permit to <br />allow small vehicle rental and leasing to occur at 3114 Old Highway 8. The use is to be <br />located within a B-3 General Business District where small vehicle rental and leasing is <br />permitted (Section 1005.0015) only through issuance ofa conditional use permit <br />consistent with Section 1013 ofthe Roseville City Code. <br /> <br />1.2 The conditional use pennit process for this request allows the City to consider <br />compatibility with adjoining properties; impacts on traffic, public facilities, and property <br />values; impact on the general health, safety, and public welfare; and compatibility with the <br />City's comprehensive plan. The process also allows the City to impose those conditions it <br />considers necessary to protect the public health, safety, and welfare. <br /> <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br />.
