The installation of boulevard trees (consistent with City policy) within the <br />boulevard adjacent to County Road D or front yard is setback and boulevard width <br />is inadequate, <br /> <br />E. The submittal of a sign plan consistent with Section 1009 of the Roseville City <br />Code, to be reviewed and approved by the Development Review Committee. <br /> <br />F. The provision of a site lighting plan consistent with Section 1011 of the Roseville <br />City Code to be reviewed and approved by the Development Review Committee. <br /> <br />G. The use ofthe building and site being limited to a small vehicle rental and leasing <br />business. <br /> <br />H.
