<br /> <br /> <br />a <br />4 town home lots within Applewood Point. <br />5 <br />6 Chair Mulder opened the hearing and requested City Planner Thomas Paschke to present <br />7 the verbal summary of the staff report dated July 7, 2004. <br />8 <br />9 Thomas Paschke advised that United Properties is seeking to realign town home lots in <br />10 the third group of Phase 1. If approved, the shift will move lots 13 through 18 five feet <br />11 further north. In order to complete this work, United Properties seeks approval of a <br />12 Preliminary Plat within the Applewood Point development. A new plat will be created for <br />13 these lots. <br />14 <br />15 The Staff recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat by United Properties. This <br />16 project simply moves the alignment of 6 units five feet further north, and remains <br />17 consistent with the original PUD requirements. This item, if supported by the Planning <br />18 Commission, will be placed on the Council Agenda as both preliminary and final plat <br />19 approval. <br />20 <br />21 Chair Mulder asked the distance between the structures (20 feet). The staff and fire <br />22 marshal have reviewed and recommended approval. <br />23 <br />24 As there were no further comments, Chair Mulder closed the hearing. <br />25 <br />26 Motion: Member Bakeman moved, seconded by Member Traynor, to recommend <br />27 approval of the Preliminary Plat as outlined in the report dated July 7,2004. <br />28 Ayes: 6 <br />29 Nays: 0 <br />30 Motion carried. <br />31 <br />32 <br /> <br />
