<br /> <br /> <br />2. Total impervious on the parcel shall not exceed a total 4,219 sq. ft. <br /> <br />3. The addition to the existing accessory structure shall meet the 5 foot side yard <br />setback or be on the same setback line as the existing structure. <br /> <br />4. A site plan indicating all existing conditions and proposed improvements must be <br />submitted with the building permit application. <br /> <br />5. No garden shed or additional detached accessory structure shall be allowed. The <br />existing garden shed (indicated on 2003 aerial photography) shall be removed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Boerigter and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Mulder, Boerigter, and Chair Bakeman. <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
