In multi- <br />floor buildings, electrical rooms must be stacked directly <br />above each other. Each electrical room must be provided <br />with an exhaust system. <br /> <br />(f) Circuit breaker panelboards will be located in the tenant <br />space capable of satisfying the needs defined herein and as <br />follows: <br /> <br />(1) Provide one 120/208 volt 200 amp panelboard in each <br />for each 4000 square feet (or portion thereof) of space <br />in the tenant premises. Each panel board will have a <br />main breaker and provision for at least 42 pole bolt on <br />breakers. Breakers will be provided by Tenant at <br />Tenant's cost. <br /> <br />(h) If required to maintain utility billing power factor of 0.90, <br />Landlord will provide power factor correction capacitors <br />appropriately sized. Capacitors will be non-PCB filled <br />complete units with current limiting indicating fuses and dust- <br />tight enclosures. <br /> <br />(i) The entire electrical system and equipment will be grounded <br />in accordance with the National Electrical Code. <br /> <br />Emeroency Generator <br />Landlord shall supply and install complete with transfer switches a 450 KW <br />diesel generator for the exclusive use of Tenant. <br /> <br />Telephone and Data <br />a) Landlord will provide one dedicated Main Point of Presence <br />(MPOP) room for Tenant's telephone and data service entry into <br />the building. This room may be used in common with other <br />tenants. <br />
