Empty trucks returning to the <br />operation site and those trucks hauling materials necessary for the project, <br />including aggregate, cement and water, shall be allowed to use Walnut Street, <br />Cleveland Avenue, and Fairview Avenue. However, during the City's mill and <br />overlay project, Walnut and/or other appropriate routes will be allowed, <br /> <br />f. Hours of operation shall be limited from 7:00 .a.m, to 10:00 p.m, weekdays and <br />7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekends, <br /> <br />g.
