<br /> <br />7.0 SUGGESTED VARIANCE BOARD ACTION: <br /> <br />7.1 ADOPT a RESOLUTION APPROVING an 315 sq. ft. VARIANCE to Section <br />1004.01A6 and a 7 foot VARIANCE to Section 1004.016 of the Roseville City Code <br />for Sandra and Lucian Vittori, 2225 Fernwood Street, based on the findings in Section 5 <br />and the conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated March 2, 2005. <br /> <br />8.0 NEXT STEPS: <br /> <br />8.1 The decision by the Variance Board will be sent to those property owners located within <br />the 350 foot notification area. <br /> <br />8.2 The decision by the Variance Board is final unless an appeal is filed.
