The Community Development Director or designee shall act as the <br />P1am1ing Commission's secretary. <br />B. Term: The term of the chairperson shall be for one year. The chairperson shall e-i-tlwf be <br />reappointed or repl::tced elected by the City Council Planning Commission at the first <br />regul::tr City Council meeting of oach calendar year at the last regular Planning <br />Commission meeting of March, effective April!. during each calendar year. <br />C. Additional Officers and Committees: The Planning Commission may elect such other <br />officers as may be necessary and may give the chairperson authority to appoint committees <br />if such appointments should become necessary. <br /> <br />Section 2. Publication. The City Clerk shall publish the title of this ordinance and the <br />official summary in the official newspaper of the City with notice that a printed copy of the <br />ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular office hours at the Office ofthe <br />City Clerk. <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective date.
