VARIANCE to Section 1016.14B (Water Management <br />Overlay District Lot Standards), 39 foot VARIANCE to Section 1016.16A <br />(Structure Design Standards - Placement of Structure on Lot), and a 143 sq. ft. <br />VARIANCE to Section 1016.26Bl (Storm Water Management - Impervious Surface <br />Coverage) of the Roseville City Code for Jeff Brown, 1935 Lake Street, based on the <br />findings in Section 5 and the conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated March 2, <br />2005. <br /> <br />8.0 NEXT STEPS: <br /> <br />8.1 The decision by the Variance Board will be sent to those property owners located within <br />the 350 foot notification area. <br /> <br />8.2 The decision by the Variance Board is final unless an appeal is filed.
