<br /> <br />2. The principal structure (including the attached garage) shall be set back a <br />minimum of 3 feet from the north property line, 9 feet from the south property <br />line, 21 feet from the east property line and 36 feet from the OHW of Walsh Lake. <br /> <br />3. No other detached accessory structure or garden shed shall be permitted on <br />parcel. <br /> <br />4. A revised survey indicating the location of the property line and the principal <br />structure, front stoop, sidewalk, and driveway in relationship to all property lines <br />and the Walsh Lake OHW, as well as the impervious calculation of the same must <br />be submitted with the building permit application. <br /> <br />5. Creation of a 20 foot wide natural vegetative buffer strip adjacent to Walsh Lake <br />beginning near the shoreline. <br /> <br />6. Maintain all remaining mature trees (8 inch or greater) per Section 1016.25D of <br />the Roseville City Code. <br /> <br />7. A contoured grading plan (2 foot increments) must be submitted at the time of <br />building pem1it application that identifies how the pareel will be graded. <br /> <br />8. Drainage and roof gutters shall be installed to direct runoff away from the <br />adjoining (north/south) property, to the east wherever possible. <br /> <br />9. The variance shall expire within six months after the approval date (March 2, <br />2005) unless that applicant has been granted a building permit. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Bakeman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Bakeman, Boerigter, and Mulder <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />3 <br />
